Delete Account

We are sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below within the NutriScan mobile application.

Open the Menu Tap the menu icon (three lines) in the top left corner of the screen.

Go to Your Account At the bottom of the menu, tap the button with your email address or your name.

Initiate Account Deletion Tap "Delete Account" and confirm your choice in the pop-up prompt.

Important Data Policy

7-Day Grace Period: Once you initiate the deletion, your account enters a "pending deletion" state. You have 7 days to cancel this request by simply logging back into the app.

After 7 days, your account, history, logs, and all personal data will be permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered.
